Impressions 2012
I have a piece in Impressions 2012 exhibition in Galway Arts Centre, it runs until 9th October.
According to the curator "Impressions '12 is quite different being a more smaller show the work will be more spaced out and a proper concern on curating it with better spacing will really and truly allow the work the breathe. We will also have for the first time in Impressions 3D Prints all which will be located up stairs in Galway Arts Centre."
It is Ireland's longest running annual open submission print exhibition, go see it if you get the chance.

More recent workshops
I am currently working on a theatre mask exhibition developed with art Sticky Fingers Arts and students from three Newry secondary schools - The Abbey Grammar, St Mary's High School and Newry High School. The students' work will be exhibited across Newry during March in celebration of the 60th Newry Drama Festival, taking place from March 23rd to 31st. Pictures to follow, but in the meantime here are some images from a Winter Tree mixed media workshop I facilitated in Dublin City Gallery the Hugh Lane in January for 7 - 11 year olds. Using paint, glue, sand, their own hand made stencils and glitter each participant made their very own Winter scene.
